We had a replica made by a signwrighter in enamel paint and varnished copied using a poor example. It was on the canopy of the Marshall untill we got a nice original.

The replica is on the shelf here, let me know if you would like to borrow it to make another replica.

Many thanks, I'll keep you in mind. I'll see what turns up, thanks. I may well go down that route.

Any one know who makes the replica metal enamel plates I have seen around for the Guiness adverts and cigarettes ads etc??

Cheers

Try Here

Not used them, but they should be able to assist.

Thanks Tony, I have sent an enquiry to them. Worth a try. I'll need an original to copy I guess.

My photo was of the one on the back of the Marshall Drum which did not sell at Thursford...

Talk to Pat Burbury, she used to sort the enamel rally plaques for us at Old Warden and for the Herts club. Not sure who she used but the quality was good.

Jonathon,

Try getting in touch with Newton replicas as I bought one from them at Banbury rally a few years back brand new.
