Miniature Weekend at Statfold Barn
Once again a great weekend at Statfold miniature traction weekend, weather dull and at times cold on the Saturday but Sunday turned out a very nice day loads to see photos at http://www.blackcountrysteam.co.uk/s...iature_17.html
Well done Sam |
Hi all
Well, what a great weekend Final count was 90 miniatures Saturday, 84 Sunday in 1.5" to 9" scales. A wonderful achievement by all of our valued exhibitors. The full size division brought us 8 full size engines and the SBR turned out 5 immaculate narrow gauge locomotives to work the train services. The John Tomlinson Best In Show award was awarded to a much deserving Jenny Baxter with her 4" McLaren Road Loco "Nevermore" - well done Jenny Really good, a great atmosphere and the Sunday weather was beautiful Thank you to all of our exhibitors, volunteers and helpers. I hope you enjoyed your weekend with us I must also thank my fellow committee of Nick, Leanne and Phil who all worked hard to create such a success :) |

Is it just me, can't find the pics ? Cheers Chris |
Chris,
There is another post about this. I can't see them either. Apparently your browser needs to be flash enabled to see them so safari on an I device doesn't work or apparently some versions of Firefox on Mr Gate's system. Paul. |
I have a fairly old laptop with Windows 7, I also use Firefox with, as far as I can see, everything at default settings. And I can see the images - no problems at all! The slide show runs perfectly - things like that usually cause problems for me...!
Is anyone on here going to the model traction engine event at Echills Wood Railway, located at Kingsbury Water Park? The dates are 20th and 21st May. Michael |
I can't get it on Chrome but works on MS edge on windows 10.
