Maybe the best thing would be to contact any reliable sources who can verify whether the rumours are true or not. If and only IF lockdown is completely lifted within the next month or so (although I doubt it) and there's still no word on certain later rallies (including the ones I mentioned in my previous post), best to call the venue and/or the organiser to get final answers
